This is an absolutely adorable little western cold shoulder dress by Scully that is in like new condition with no stains, tears, or fraying anywhere. This dress features a beautiful zig zag vibrant print and a cold shoulder design. This dress is a mini dress and is super soft and comfortable. The sleeves are a 3/4 cold shoulder design. The lay flat measurements are pit to pit 17 1/2", waist is 15", hips are 17 1/2", and the sleeve measures 18 1/2".
